- Management of construction on a large Project in Dublin
- Support the project manager in delivering the project to the highest standard on time and within budget
- Ensure Health & Safety onsite at all times
- Maintain an accurate site diary
- Manage, motivate & coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors
- Hold relevant construction/engineering or trades qualification
- 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self-motivated and hard worker
- Strong team building skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
