We are currently looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager - Warehouse to join our team in Clonshaugh - Ireland.

You will be responsible for all operations within the warehouse function, partnering with Marks and Spencer to deliver in accordance to their plans.

Salary: Up to €59,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Your Responsibilities:

The Site Operations Manager will manage and co-ordinate the warehouse functions of the distribution centre, ensuring the efficient and cost effective fulfillment of customer requirements. In addition they will liaise closely with the customer to ensure all productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met and exceeded.

What you will need to succeed?

• Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of a warehouse function within the FMCG Distribution Industry.
• A background operating at a Senior Manager level is a must.
• A passion for encouraging team work, focusing on creating an innovative culture where all employees are able to voice their suggestions and ideas.
• Excellent team management and customer relationship skills.
• An analytical mindset.
• Flexibility to cover a variety of shift patterns in the future.
