LONG TERM TEMPORARY ROLE

General receptionist duties include building access control / management including visitor screening and badging. Welcoming and directing visitors appropriately, and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
 Answering and directing calls from main business line. Proofreading and formatting reports and presentations, database, entry, purchase order and requisitions, submitting travel and expense reports.
 Assisting with the set-up and clean-up of conference rooms and break rooms for visitors.

 Works independently to meet goals as part of a team.
 Keep a safety conscience mind and have the ability to recognize a potential threat or safety hazard as it pertains to the Site. Safety conscious regarding people coming on site and packages entering/leaving.
 Receive records or reports from outside vendors/contractors.
 Perform administrative support tasks such as transcribing handwritten information, operate a computer to work with invoices, SOP’s, Safety Sheets and other documents.
 Manage files and records pertaining to daily log and weight tickets and safety reports.
 Maintain all records pertaining to recycle and waste logs, reports and manifests.
 Answer, screen, forward calls, provide information, take messages and ensure message is received by proper employee.
 Ensure contractors are up to date on contractor safety training.
 Ensure all company rules and regulations are enforced. Accidents and incidents (on site) are well documented and reported to proper personnel.
 Monitor camera on site to ensure safety on site.
 Coordinate delivery and distribution of fresh fruit to the facility cafeterias on a weekly basis

About you

Minimum high school graduate.
 EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE: Systems and processes – relevant areas. Policies, guidelines, and procedures – local and/or corporate. General business comprehension.
 TOTAL EXPERIENCE: Appropriate level of post-secondary education and minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, or equal by relevant experience.
 Experience working with SAP and or experience using an MRP system (AS400, JDE, Oracle)
 Proficiente in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, PowerBi, etc.)
 The position must possess strong organizational, intrapersonal skills and communication skills.
 Must be able to effectively work with all levels of internal employees and external customers/vendors.
 HSE Awareness.
 Concern for order and quality.
