WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday (10-hour days) (7am to 3pm)

• Opportunity to be involved in major K12 HVAC electrical improvement project.

SUMMARY:

• Managers all site aspects of construction trades on assigned project sites working under the direct guidance of the Project Construction Workerager (PCM).
• Direct responsibility for all project coordination and directing subcontractors to accomplish specific deliverable objectives in a given time frame.
• Schedule updates, as well as updating look ahead schedule.
• Coordinating and overseeing all on-site work, attending/leading production meetings, ensuring material & work quality standards are being met.
• Responsible for frequent communication with Project Construction Workerager while managing multiple technologies, vendors, and subcontractors. Attending/leading coordination meetings, and customer meetings as directed by (PCM).
• Critical responsibility is monitoring specification compliance and managing the quality of work performed while maintaining/performing safety standards per construction guidelines. Conducting weekly safety toolbox training and driving adherence. Maintain access/security of construction areas per owner expectations. Keeping track of project progress.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, customers, and service personnel is required.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry and algebra is required.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations is required.

REASONING ABILITY:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables is required.

ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for timely completion of project deliverables, maintaining specification compliance, quality of delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Plans and analyzes assigned project details, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications.
• Examines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
• Ensures compliance with safety practices, internal contracting processes.
• Meets with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project; planning; performance; and close-out/close-out documentation.

MUST HAVE:

• Diverse Construction Workeragement experience with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience or 5 years of direct experience in the construction Industry or related field.
• High degree of customer interface
• Diverse construction experience supervising multiple trades.
• Knowledge in using Project Management Tools (MS Project, Gantt Charts) are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Should have a general working knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, structural & mechanical HVAC systems.
• Valid Driver’s license to get to job sites
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Primavera Expedition a plus.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

• Teams/Phone interview for 1st round and then 2nd interview in-person (panel)
