Site Superintendent Ad
Pfister Energy is looking for skilled Site Superintendents in New York State. The town of Moravia in Cayuga County, town of Dix in Schuyler County and the town of New Woodstock in Madison County among other sites. The superintendents will coordinate all site activities for commercial solar projects, must have at least 1-3 years of construction experience. Solar experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Typical start time: 7:00 AM
Typical end time: 3:30PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent
- Should possess ground-up construction experience
- Solar experience is required for this role
- Must be willing to travel for projects
- Must be willing to be onsite 100% of the time
- Must support projects in the NY State region. Travel required.
- Have full range of motion, capable to pull/push, twist and bend
- Able to lift and carry 75 pounds continuously throughout the day
- Able to withhold 90% of work time on ones feet
- Able to work at various heights and confined spaces
License: MUST have Valid driver's license (Required), reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all site construction activities
- Manage team of workers and supervise all field personnel
- Produce and maintain project records and reporting
- Maintain daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
- Make changes as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
- Maintain highest level of safety and quality
- Ensure projects cleanliness, organization and construction compliance
- Enforce company safety practices and protocol
