Overview:
The Site Supervisor works under the guidance of the Site Manager and Program Manager. The Site Supervisor leads a team in organizational level repair of MV-22 aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, airframes repairs, electrical and environmental systems to include troubleshooting, inspection, modifications, removal and installation of components, and operation of all aircraft systems. The Site Supervisor must be knowledgeable in company policies, management systems for timekeeping and counseling's as well as, documentation of maintenance discrepancies in aircraft forms and Integrated Maintenance Data System to include In-Process Inspections (IP’s) verification and safety-of-flight conditions (Red X). This position requires Public Trust/NACI (Tier 1) clearance and must be able to work multiple shifts. Please note: this task order has a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in place which requires the Site Supervisor to be knowledgeable of Union requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a staff of 59 aircraft maintenance employees in multiple roles.
  • Enforce strict adherence to technical data, management procedures and company policy.
  • Manage local quality management program and Environment, Health and Safety operations as well as perform risk analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all required reports in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and company policy.
  • Have full comprehension and ensure compliance with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement and the Ground Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure aircraft and equipment forms and records are complete and accurate.
  • Attend daily maintenance production/scheduling meetings, as necessary.
  • Liaison between employees and human resources, information technology and other company departments.
Qualifications:
  • Education / Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
    • Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or Technical Field (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years' experience working with Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
    • 5+ years' experience in contract maintenance
    • 5+ years of experience of management and leadership skills in an aviation maintenance environment required
    • Ability to maintain positive and effective oral and written communication with the government customer, employees, and corporate staff
    • Must have an in-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives, aircraft/vehicle movement, flight line operations, aircraft technical orders/publications (read, interpret, follow, and comprehend schematics, diagrams, drawings, charts, and technical publications)
    • Must have a working knowledge of computers and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Fixed wing aircraft maintenance experience: experience with the U-2 aircraft is highly desired.

  • Nationwide Salary Range:
    • $ 70,000-110,000
    • The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salaries paid are subject to the conditions of the job including, but not limited to, the physical worksite location.
