Position Responsibilities

Our Supervisors are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Must have at lease 2 years experience as supervisor
• Must be able to perform daily briefings to include pass downs of pertinent information and events of the day
• Must have typing skills and be able to use Excel and Word programs
• Must be able to write, review and provide corrective feedback to daily activity log and incident reports
• Must be able to manage a schedule
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess the visual acuity necessary to prepare records and reports and operate a computer terminal (if applicable).
• Must possess manual dexterity to operate standard office, data entry, and computer equipment (if applicable).
• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.
• Must have knowledge of surveillance camera systems
• Must be able to perform foot patrols due to vast area of responsibility

Qualifications/Requirements

• NC Guard License
• Minimum 2 Years as a Supervisor
  
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Naturalized Citizen, or Permanent Resident

Full-Time

Monday-Friday - 0700-1500 (may need to help cover weekends as needed)
