• Position Requirement: experience with Grading and Drainage and Hardscape and Irrigation and can run a machine when necessary.
• needs to know that there are different tasks everyday and during the day as well.
• 3+ years of experience on skidsteers and mini excavators.
• All work is done in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Seven Lakes, and West End.

Will need drug test, criminal background check, and a valid driver’s license. No smoking/vaping on any site!! They will be checking MVR's in time so need to have good driving records since they will be driving company vehicles.

• Company uniforms will be provided, work hours are M-F 7:30-6:00pm.
