Job description
The post is based in St. Luke’s Hospital, Highfield Road, Rathgar. The post holder will also be responsible for St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network Centres at St. James’ Hospital & Beaumont Hospital, Dublin and will be expected to regulary attend at these sites as required.
Purpose of the Post:
- To provide support to the users of the hospitals’ computer systems
- To assist users in the identification of requirements through to implementation of application systems to satisfy those requirements.
Roles and responsibilties:
- To provide support to users of the computer systems across SLRON Network
- To Coordinate ICT and ICT elements of hospital projects with various stakeholders
- To provide first and second line support for hardware and software faults/issues
- Service Desk ticketing system
- Enterprise level AntiVirus protection
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- WiFi systems
- PBX phone system
- Enterprise level backup solution
- Following instructions and creating documentation
- Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion
