Job description

This role is to implement the care plan and provide the practical and emotional support that the client needs. The successful applicant will work in a family home supporting a family with intellectual disabilities to stay together in a safe and familiar environment. A pleasant, caring person who is experienced in running their own home and can cook but who can follow policies and procedures, and recognise where there may be issues developing would work best in this role.
The right person will have a healthcare qualification relevant to the role and experience at working with disabilities and in a MDT. The role requires someone who can work using their initiative and communicate both verbally and in writing to a high standard.
A degree of flexibility to ensure the package of care is covered is expected.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
