Position: Social Media Coordinator Department: Marketing

Reports: Marketing Director Supervises: None

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to create content for social media platforms, as well as manage those platforms. This includes both written and visual/video content creation. You will collaborate with leadership to ideate and create content for social media and e-blasts to engage our target audiences. You must be familiar with and have prior experience managing various social media accounts. Excellent grammar and writing skills are required for this position.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing skills, social media knowledge to manage various social media sites, social media campaigns and weekly e-blast to support the company's branding strategy.
• Possess graphic design skills to create images for posts and e-blasts.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Collaborate with others to gather content for social media posts and e-blasts.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Stay informed on fashion trends.
• Ability to travel to our stores to take photos/video for social media content.
• Coordinate and oversee photoshoots for our website, for producing social media posts, e-blasts and in-store visual presentation collateral.
• Experience in managing various social media accounts at one time.
• Experience in working with e-blast software, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
• Two years of experience in social media management (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to create content for social media platforms as well as manage those platforms.
• This includes both written and visual/video content creation.
• Collaborate with leadership to create content for social media to engage our target audience.
• Must be skilled at styling and putting fashion looks together for photo shoots that are fun, creative and hit the mark with our customers
• Organize and direct photo shoots to obtain photos for website, social media and e-blasts.
• Experience in working with Photoshop or Lightroom and Illustrator to edit photos and create layouts for posts and e-blasts.
• Create posts and be able to maintain company's social media sites and post to Twitter,

Facebook, Instagram, via a social media dashboard for example Hootsuite. Must also post to TikTok and Youtube.

• Must have basic knowledge of how to work with website backend for uploading of product to website and assist in maintaining web pages content. Basic HTMLS skills a plus but not required
• Provide reporting on e-blasts and social media performance and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
