Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

This role is based in Dublin city centre, in a state of the art office with lots of the perks you would expect from a large social media platform – free meals, unlimited snacks, the list goes on!

Your job:

Contacting clients and partners via email and outbound call to support with escalations from high level advertisers to public figures. You could also be tasked with troubleshooting sensitive campaigns for global government related and political ads. In addition to this you may research and correct issues with payments and payment sources. The PSO Escalations Desk will review clients issue and determine a priority based on the case history and information provided.

The experience we are looking for:

  • Ability to maintain tracking of all communications through phone, email and chat as well as those communications with other internal support team members
  • Ability to self diagnose and flag both common and abnormal issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce
  • Resolution mindset, proven experience helping advertisers navigate the client online platform tools to a solution
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

  • €26,000 per annum
  • Working hours – between 7am and 8pm Monday – Sunday. All applicants must be fully flexible between these hours

Temporarily working from home with view of moving to site based in Dublin city centre
