We’re looking for an experienced, creative social media specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to grow and engage with our audience and build brand awareness. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts that are consistent with our brand and goals
- Suggest recommendations to our social media marketing strategy to achieve optimal results
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Help with the organization and execution of team events and webinars
- Participate and document team events to create content and promote our brand
- Create and deliver e-marketing through our CRM to stay top of mind with existing clients
- Coordinate monthly photo and video shoot for social media content
- Coordinate the delivery of in-home marketing materials
- Maintain an inventory of sales materials
Experience and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- Marketing Degree is welcomed, but not necessary with relevant experience (minimum 1-year)
- Proficient with all social media platforms, Google Suite, Drop Box, Canva and willing to learn any related software
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
- Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
