MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• The Social Media Supervisor contributes to the creation and management of all social media strategies.
• Oversee the company’s line accounts when necessary.
• Responsible for creating analytic reports for Marketing campaigns and for the monthly Customer Committee meetings.
• Works to create ads used to promote Marketing Campaigns. Communicates to ensure that individuals and the team have the necessary behaviors to meet current and future strategic goals and consistently works to set a clear strategic vision for the team and the company.
• Creates an environment that supports the success of the team and provides consistent direction and motivation in the current environment and the times of change.
• Manages content creation, video/photoshoots, and sourcing to ensure all content exemplified brand standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• One to four (1 to 4) years’ experience in Social Media preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Strong presentation skills; 3+ years of similar or related experience and 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and set priorities.
• Must be able to make decisions using sound judgement and work independently and a team player disposition.
• Knowledge of project management platforms i.e. Trello, MS Planner.
• Familiarity with distribution channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of Social Media Listening Platform Sprout Social preferred.
