Social Worker
Responsibilities:
- The Social Worker oversees all clinical services including programming, staff supervision, client/ staff interviewing, case records, clinical rounds, groups, community services, and participation and compliance with regulatory procedures and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications:
- A social worker degree required
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
- Computer knowledge
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
