Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the initial resident admission process
- Responsible for the Initial Social History and Assessment within 14 days of admission.
- Responsible for Social History update and quarterly reassessment
- Assist residents with problem solving, support and meaningful ideas/suggestions
- Function as an advocate for qualit y resident care.
Needs to be vaccinated with booster
