Job Description:
Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
Experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. Innovative analytical skills. Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Bachelor’s degree and formal completion of a bootcamp certification and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Bachelor’s degree and two years work experience in technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment.

Domicile:
Collierville, TN (Suburb of Memphis)
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Relocation/Sponsorship:

Salary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $8,284.90 - $10,721.63. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
