Software Quality Analyst

We are currently looking for a Software Quality Analyst to support the range of digital transplant software solutions. The Software Quality Analyst will participate in the overall strategy to enhance the testing process through manual and automated testing practices. The person in this position will support software development efforts for new product functionality, as well as participate in the support and maintenance of the existing software portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and validation testing of software
- Develop testing plans, test cases, and test reports
- Perform automation testing of software to ensure quality
- Develop and execute automation test scripts
- Document defects based on issues found
- Able to follow business requirements throughout the software development life cycle
- Perform other related duties as required
- Work as part of a cross-functional team
- Participate in QA team process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in IT or software development; BS preferred
- 4 plus years of Software QA experience
- 2 plus years of software automation experience using C# and JavaScript
- 2 plus years of experience implementing test automation using Selenium. Cypress is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Automation Frameworks such as TestNG and Cucumber
- Experience with mobile application testing and Appium automation tool desirable
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills including effective presentation skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
