Summary
Your role with Sunder is to help more people adopt solar. Almost every homeowner can save money by going solar, and you'll be directly involved in their adoption of a cheaper power option. You'll be working with a team of highly trained solar leaders who have the knowledge and resources to answer any questions and help you grow with Sunder. We need you to be a proactive worker, one who receives direction well, can handle rejection, and is anxious to excel.
Responsibilities
- Represent Sunder Energy professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
- All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process, placement based on experience and up to managers' discretion
- Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Able to perform with reduced supervision
- Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation and smart phone (IOS preferred)
Schedule:
We are looking for year-round consultants but do have flexible options. In our year-round schedule, our reps are working typically 6-8 hours a day 5-6 days a week, Sundays are always off. This is an in-person position with daily correlation meetings before heading out into the community.
Compensation:
Sunder’s pay structure is commission-based, with no cap on earnings. Commissions are paid out weekly with additional bonuses paid out monthly!
- Average Appointment Setters are making $75k - $85k
- Top Appointment setters are making $150k - $200k+
