Job Description and Responsibilities

• Door to Door lead generation with team
• Manage pipeline of leads and ask for referrals
• Set proper expectations for potential customers
• Weekly sales and motivational meetings
• Gain education to become a solid Solar Sales Closer, Mentor to Others, and Manager

• A drive to work hard and a burning desire to succeed
• Honest, Ethical, and Trustworthy
• Ability to be taught and enjoy talking to people
• Team player and great attitude (Absolutely NO Negativity)
