The UKI Song Business Operations Senior Manager will support the Business Lead and Leadership team in shaping and driving the business as the Service moves forward with the new Operating Model and Brand Strategy Destination.

This individual will contribute to the planning and operationalization of the initiatives and business through business process execution, by providing management information and analysis and driving interventions and process improvements. Reporting to the Song Business Lead and the UKI MU Business Operations Lead, under the current organization structure.

Specific responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Program management

  • Supporting the UKI Business Lead and Leadership Team in the mobilization of our new operating model including strategy development, resourcing planning and management, people development, communication and engagement, and other key initiatives around our brand strategy. This may involve co-ordination with key stakeholders outside of Business Operations. Business Growth and performance.
  • Support Leadership team to craft and implement our vision and strategy in alignment with the overall global Song vision and priorities.
  • Program manage and facilitate processes and initiatives that MU Operations leads embark on to drive.
  • Provide project management support and link with key support functions within Accenture Song team

Business Operations Support

  • Directly support the UKI Business Lead to drive and improve key business processes, ensuring compliance at all times. This includes analysis and understanding of key performance metrics to drive consequent performance improvements/adjustments to the forecasted plan and cost model.

Provide management information, analysis and recommended decision support to the Business Lead and wider Leadership team. Identify and investigate areas of low performance and help develop remediation actions where needed, in areas such as:

  • Capability development;
  • Headcount, Productivity, Supply/Demand and Recruitment;
  • People Engagement;
  • Continuous improvements/enhancement to existing programmes
  • Drive mobilisation activities to support new business strategies, providing coaching and guidance on the implementation of operational processes i.e. Regional Strategy – new locations across UKI

Ability to pull and analyze data around staffing, pipeline management, growth and gap analysis.
Measure and lead strategic growth expectations per strategy/plan.
Ensure alignment to the wider UKI MU operational priorities (such as growth, productivity metrics, and UKI wide initiatives).
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to establish/coordinate appropriate activities structured around our operating model and communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice.


Relationship Management

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to the UKI Song Business Lead and wider Leadership Team and collaborate with market leadership.
  • Develop a professional network and close collaborations key Operations, HR, and Finance professionals to ensure alignment with business processes and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Business Operations/PMO/Finance Background
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions.
  • Strong Project Management, Relationship Management
  • Ability to influence without direct authority to drive action at all levels.
  • Understanding of creative agency functions
  • Operating Design/Process Design/Governance Design a plus
