The Dropping well are currently seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious & experienced Sous Chef to join our team. This is a 4 day a week role.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar senior role.
• The ability to manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
• Innovative & creative of new dishes & trends
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen
• Experience in working in a high volume busy environment
• Must be able to work well on your own initiative and to work in a team environment
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP
• Must be available full time
• Fluent English
• Reference essential

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

• Training & development of kitchen personnel, to the required standards of the restaurant.
• Managing a team.
• Rostering.
