SOUS CHEF

Searching for a new opportunity!, We are BaxterStorey, an independent hospitality food service provider operating in the UK, Ireland and Europe specialising in restaurants, cafes, deli bars and exclusive dining rooms for clients and customers in business and industry.

We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team, based in a prestigious private hospital setting in South County Dublin, where our focus is on delivering quality and excellence in customer and patient care catering.

• 40 hours per week (flexible 5 over 7 days)
• €18.50 per hour
• Double Time on Sundays & Bank Holiday

What we would like from our Sous Chef

• Successful progressive background in catering and hospitality
• Interest in developing a career in the food industry.
• Competent in managing, delegating and deputising for other chefs as required
• Be enthusiastic, a team player
• Be passionate about food, knowledgeable about future food trends and eager to contribute to the development and planning of menus
• Demonstrate the ability to consistently work to an excellent quality standard of kitchen operation, food safety and hygiene, have a full understanding HACCP & proven record of good Hygiene Practices.
