We are a Modern American Eatery celebrating the classics with a twist. As a Sous Chef you will play an integral role in the management of the daily kitchen operations. As a growing restaurant group we are looking for a Sous Chef who can be tomorrows Head Chef.
- You will work the line and guide the cooks.
- High volume, established restaurant in the community.
- Weekends are a must, if you can't be with us on Saturday and Sunday please do not apply.
- Assist in taking inventory.
- Ordering/receiving, Invoices.
- Labor & Scheduling.
- Complying with sanitation and safety standards.
