Job description

You will work with the Head Chef, responsible for all aspects of kitchen management within the premises. You get to inspire and develop your team, making sure they provide outstanding food experiences using excellent produce from around the country.

Day to day duties will include:

Supervision of the food preparation, minimising wastage

Ensuring all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures

Ensuring food is prepared to the required standards, checking for taste, presentation and quality

Assisting in the relevant paperwork

Assisting in the planning of menus that are in line with the current seasonal trends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €40,243.89-€44,188.07 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ranelagh, Dublin, CO. Dublin D04: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Chef: 5 years (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)
