Specific Responsibilities
- Specific duties are in line with Standard Operational Procedures issued on commencement of employment.
- To ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards as per LQA document
- To restock the Spa linen and supplies
- To ensure that cleanliness of the pool is maintained
- Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- To be fully aware of any menu updates, hotel promotions, corporate promotions or special
- To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of products.
- To carry out cleaning as required.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
General responsibilities:
- To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World standards consistently to our guests;
- To have an understanding of the Hotel’s Vision & Mission;
- To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained;
- To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments;
- To ensure that the ambiance in the department (lights, music, and temperature) are controlled to guest satisfaction;
- To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
- Secondary school graduate or higher educational qualification
- Previous experience as Spa or Room attendant
- Fluent in English
- Ability to provide the highest level of service to each guest
- Willing to work hard and be a part of the team
