- Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
- Help with merchandising spa boutique
- Assist guests with gift card and retail recommendations
- Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
- Support the hospitality manager
- Are super organized and have an astute attention for detail,
- Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amentities are well stocked
