Do you love people and strive to offer superior customer service? Our Guest Services Associate position is for YOU! Join the exciting and fast paced spa environment at CWS. You must have a positive attitude and enjoy serving others. You will be responsible for greeting our guests in the friendliest of manner and offer them a level of customer service that is unprecedented. You will escort guests to the locker room, check them out at the conclusion of their spa day, assist guests with their retail purchases, and be helpful to them in any other way needed. Knowledge of the spa program Meevo is a BIG plus.

Responsibilities

Greet the guests in a warm welcoming manner and escort them to the respective locker room. Once ready, you will escort them to the CWS relaxation room where you will tend to their every need before, during and after their spa treatments. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to; guest laundry, dishes, cleaning of various spa areas and replenishing robes.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a drive for success and desire to learn and grow. Hours for this position will include Saturdays. (Holidays and some evening hours during the Fall and Winter seasons)

• Previous spa hospitality experience in a high-end or luxury spa environment preferred.
• Initiative to build strong client relationships
• Ability to learn services offered on spa menu
• Exceptional customer service a must
• Superb organizational skills
• Provide excellent communication to clients, service providers and management
• A desire to work as part of a team
• High integrity and work ethic a must
• Lover of people
• Ability to go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
