Prominent Day Spa is looking for an Exceptional Business and Sales Manager.

We are a newly-established, well-respected and highly rated full-service Spa within the thriving Hand & Stone brand. Our spa is located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn on North 6th Street, just steps from the waterfront. The perfect applicant will be an energetic, reliable Spa Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years of sales/customer service & managerial experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.

The Spa Manager Position responsibilities include:

  • Leading a staff of service and sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring while keeping staff accountable and on target
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
  • Achieving consistent financial results
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
