Job description

• Routes and dispatches shipments by phone and computer, in an efficient and expedient manner
• Maintains pick-up and delivery times for all shipments
• Tracks the movements of drivers to shippers and receivers in accordance with established procedures, which include company order number, pick-up numbers, directions, and any load specific instructions
• Takes calls from drivers to obtain location updates, ensure they are on-time, and identify any possible issues or delays
• Updates Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps of any delays in a timely manner
• Updates the customer with arrivals, departures, delays, etc.
• Meets individual productivity goals (ex. phone calls made, total talk time, etc.)

Hours are Monday- Friday 8-5, no weekends

Starting pay is $15

No experience needed, but needs:

1. On time

2. Professional speaking on the phone

3. Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
