Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist and technical support for Commercial and Operational Claims within agreed service level agreements
- Provide input into the development of SLAs and KPIs
- Forge and maintain relationships with customers, internal and external
- Manage the timely response to requests for assistance or information
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all time
- Maintain, coordinate and direct offshore team production and relationship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably based in Insurance
- Ability to work towards KPIs and SLAs
- Keen communication skills and ability to self motivate
