We are currently looking for someone to handle operations. Someone who can grow with the Company.
Our company has many opportunities for growth, and we will provide relevant training. Job will cover operations of warehouse and complete training will be provided. Jobs will include customer service, order processing and stock management. Company software includes Quickbooks, UPS Worldship, Shipgear,
Adobe Suite of Programs. along with Microsoft Office.
Job Details:
Entry Level Position.
Training will be provided.
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 3 pm
Pay: $14 - $17 / hour to start (Full-time/Salary position available after training and probationary period)
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming calls and e-mails.
Picking and packing of purchase orders.
Restocking inventory.
Processing orders using Quickbooks and UPS Worldship.
Filing paperwork.
Requirements:
Handwriting must be legible.
Basic computing skills and computer knowledge.
Strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and a quick learner.
Able to multi-task.
Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and customers.
Able to follow directions and procedures.
Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 70lbs).
Room to grow within the company.
Proficiency using Excel, Outlook, Word, Quickbooks, and UPS worldship is a plus.
Bi-Lingual (Korean or Chinese) is a plus.
Web design/Web development is also a plus.
Experience with Photoshop is a plus also.

Company which is a Pneumatics Company (Industrial Air Solutions) and RFAC Solutions which is a company that distributes RF Connectors, Cables and Components, as well as provide e-commerce solutions for both operations.
