The Night Auditor Specialist tasked with performing close of day scenarios for the front office and account for daily activity by coordinating and verifying information while also identifying and correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, and running and distributing daily reports.
What will I be doing?
- Run daily reports in order to audit
- Build queries in company computer systems and programs
- Monitor for errors and guide various departments to find resolutions for common errors
- Act as virtual night auditor for affiliate properties
- Reconcile merchant accounts
- Complete daily audit of all revenue postings
- Complete accounts receivable billing for groups/wholesalers/HOA’s in a timely manner and follow up on all payments as assigned
- Complete accounts payable submission of invoices as assigned
