• We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Customer Business Manager position located in Cincinnati.
• Manage successful business development of the Kroger business for Danone’s Beverages BU.
• Develop Danone sales plan to meet customer objectives while operating within Danone and corporate initiatives and guidelines.
• Develop and manage a Joint Business Plan with Kroger Category Manager for the Beverages BU with a “win/win” mentality.
• Provide Beverages category thought leadership and insights to drive both category growth and Danone business objectives.
• Tactical programming and execution designed to achieve Danone objectives.
• Manage trade accruals and lump sum funding budgets, including contract entry and management, to provide consumer driven merchandising.
• Provide sound fiscal management of total customer spending, deduction management and pre-pays within Danone guidelines.

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of customer promotional contracts.
• Managing the development and delivery of all account presentations.
• Reporting into the Kroger Sales Director, Premium Dairy, Plant Based and Beverages
• Developing the selling story to ensure Danone objectives align with Kroger and are mutually beneficial
• Working with cross functional team to ensure a one team approach
• Managing one direct report, Kroger sales analyst.

• You will have a Bachelors Degree
• Must be located in Cincinnati
• You will have >5 years with CPG Company within Retail Sales.
• Prior experience with managing Kroger business preferred.
• You will demonstrate the ability to achieve breakthrough results through the course of work.

The base compensation range for this position is $125,000-140,000.
