Your New Role
Your Role Accountabilities
- Performing detailed research and analysis on business unit KPIs including attendance, visitor trends, consumer spend, retail inventory turn, product mix and labor scheduling to aid operational decision making.
- Assisting with month-end financial close analysis including accrual analysis and submission, performing detailed research and analysis on key P&L variance drivers.
- Preparing, analyzing, and partnering in profit & loss budgets and reforecasts for the business unit.
- Performing detailed research and analysis on key balance sheet areas such as inventory balances, unearned revenues, and trade payables.
- Managing sales and cash audit processing, uploads, and integration related to LOB systems (Galaxy, Aptos). Researching discrepancies, liaising with technology to troubleshoot issues.
- Preparing various operational reports, schedules, and analysis for management use.
- Assisting with investment and capital expansion opportunities, including preparing NPV/ROI analysis.
- Other Ad Hoc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a large public company
- 3+ years experience working in a financial planning and analysis organization focused on budgeting, general accounting, and financial analysis
- Entertainment industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration required
- MS Excel (advanced)
- MS Word (proficient)
- MS PowerPoint (proficient)
- SAP (preferred)
- Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred)
- Various other supporting systems
- Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple assignments and priorities with a professional attitude and to deliver professional results
- Ability to produce accurate, reliable and high quality work in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while understanding when to communicate updates, follow up, and seek guidance from management

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,247.00 - $134,172.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
