Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for aligning strategic objectives with employees and leadership in designated organizations and providing integrated HR solutions to an R&D organization in a multifaceted and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Coach, advise, and partner with management and employees on a variety of areas including performance management, employee engagement and employee relations
  • Drive executional excellence and organizational change on initiatives including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, learning & development, and overall process improvements
  • Listen to and conduct thorough and objective investigations with regard to employee concerns or complaints
  • Partner and collaborate with all functional HR groups including, Compensation, HRIS, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Participate in and/or lead HR projects and initiatives • Work independently and exercise sound judgment in all activities
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Coordinate information sessions as needed regarding any changes to job-related activities or policies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, or another related field is required
  • The ideal candidate will possess at least 10+ years of experience in HR, and at least 5+ years of HRBP experience in the hi-tech or global industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, talent development, employee relations, and compensation management
  • Effective communicator and listener with very strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Have proven track of record working with multicultural teams and being able to navigate in a matrixed organization
  • Candidate should have expertise in state/federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment
  • Proactive and highly motivated for original thinking as well as continuous improvement
  • Skilled in effectively handling sensitive and confidential communications and materials
  • Proven success in driving projects forward successfully to completion
