COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Sr Scrum Master to join the IT Data and Analytics team managing the increasing needs of the Business Intelligence and Data Science community.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL and Alpharetta, GA. 100% remote work may also be an option, based on candidate location.

How does a Sr Scrum Master make an impact?

• Creates, manages and executes project/program plans.
• Builds strong working relationships with team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution.
• Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions, and change management activities.
• Ability to manage and track budget and budget variance.

• Prior program management experience on data related efforts.
• Experience with data analytics or data warehousing.
• Experience with creating and monitoring project delivery metrics.
• Experience managing Agile and Waterfall teams.
• Ability to create, manage, and execute multiple project plans.
• Experience managing projects with a mixture of onshore and offshore resources.
• Scrum Master and Project Management certified.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Strong working relationship with IT team members, vendors, contractors (on and offshore), & business partners.
• Self-directed and focused on activities and outcomes that benefit the client.
• Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
