Experience Required:

​At least 13+ years of content management technology implementation experience and leading content migration activities

•​At least 5+ years of experience Sitecore content management 9.x/10.x (AZURE must have)

technologies covering core Sitcore MVC, Sitecore Experience Platform, Sitecore content hub and

Sitecore Marketing

Advanced Sitecore solutions certification (mandatory)

.Net certification (plus)

UX/Javascript certification (desired)

•​Strong expertise WCM technologies particularly headless content management and internet facing public sites

•​Strong experience in create wireframes, graphical templates, and other graphical elements to perform quick POC/Prototypes for CMS

•​Minimum 8 years of implement Sitecore site design/layouts and developing core Sitecore MVC components, Sitecore powershell, Sitecore JSS

•​Strong experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS and search technologies such as Elastics search, SOLR, including caching strategies

•​Strong Front-end web development capabilities using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and moderate experience in React, Vue and modern UX frameworks Experience in designing modern and cutting-edge websites and web-based applications

•​Strong experience in building and delivering mission critical, fault tolerant WCM applications leveraging Sitecore (must have), WordPress (preferred)

•​Hands on Azure cloud foundational experience on core services such as Azure blob, Azure container, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos, Azure DevOps suite, Azure RD/RBAC, Azure function and other supporting serivces

•​3+ years experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Webtrends)

•​Experience implementing best practices in content publishing, workflow, custom fields, template design, RSS and media library items

•​Experience in utilizing Web API to serve Sitecore data to other portal and clients

•​Advanced knowledge and experience in enterprise Web development and object-oriented programming, analysis, design, and implementation using .NET 4.5 or higher

•​Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS and SOLR, including caching strategies, using CDN, and SOLR schema maintenance.

•​Experience incorporating non-functional design aspects into WCM implementation

•​Experience with quality assurance process for testing WCM applications including functional, non-functional and A/B testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

​Responsible for translating business requirements into well-defined solutions that best leverage the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP)

•​Provide technical guidance to perform upgrade/migrate from client's existing legacy WCM platform(s) to latest Sitecore platform

•​Undertake end-to-end technical implementation of content migration for various Sitecore sites

•​Implement best integration best practices for enterprise systems, collaboration, and other portal systems

•​As an integral part of the Agile project teamwork with Product Owner to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features

•​Provide development estimation for ongoing efforts

•​Perform Detailed design, code/development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology, and tools

•​Practice strong configuration management and version control

•​Prepare the code base and the project structure within the integrated development environment (IDE) and with the latest Sitecore Helix model

•​Produce detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code working with peer developers

•​Incorporate non-functional design aspects into WCM implementation and let technical tracks independently

•​Participate in Application resiliency, security, scalability and provide candidate feedback to improve system availability

•​Work independently on various work streams and guide them on development tasks, perform code reviews and ensure design and coding are adhering to development standards.

•​Collaborate multiple business and technical teams and champion in adopting Agile Scrum methodology.

•​Demonstrate ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

•​Perform problem solving and analytical skills to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment.
