Role and Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Management – HA PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand. Forecasts are generated via consensus with Sales, Marketing, and with Global Operations Center. The Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for managing a specific range of products and will generate key supply chain reports to provide supply chain risks and opportunities. Supply Chain Associate will work closely with the Product marketing, Sales, Logistics, GOC team. The Associate will also support strategic projects with cross functional team to optimize the overall supply chain process.
The Supply Chain Associate will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues for the associated product category at the Sales Subsidiary and will interact closely with all teams including Senior Management.
Responsibilities:

Effectively manage Forecasting through enhanced sensing of sell-in and sell through, aligning with WOS and revenue Target.

Assess risks to demand and supply, and provide insights, recommendations and solutions to counterparts and management.

Generate S&OP call with HQ / Factory operations to raise operation issues and solutions.

Propose and incubate new strategic planning tools to enhance/improve the current Supply Chain system reporting structure.

Manage a balanced, collaborative relationship within Supply Chain group and externally with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics along with customers to consistently drive continued process improvement and meet Company objectives.

Drive actions to achieve company objectives for improved customer service levels and inventory planning leveraging sellout/sell in data.

Provide clarity and integrity to the data to ensure analytical excellence of reporting to allow for quick, decision making for management.

Manage key KPI metrics (Forecast accuracy, Aging, WOS, OTRQ, Cross-ship and TP Achievement)
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree [Business, Economics, Finance or Similar] with 4+ years of infield relevant experience

Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
-
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.

SAP experience.

Preferred Skills:
-
Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
-
Korean Language skills for working with Samsung Global Operations helpful.

Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management up to and including at the Executive level.
