Peraton is currently hiring a
Sr Systems Integrator, Technical Specialist for their Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS) program.
In this role, you will:
- Provide systems engineering, administration, and support for systems design, including sizing, resource allocation, and integration and database design, implementation, and administration.
- UNIX script development required for task automation and repetition.
- Coordinate, collect, and distill system requirements.
- Perform development of specific application architecture and
- Develop test scripts and
- Perform application validation.
- Support the program cyber security efforts by performing assessments and mitigating Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) findings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of education/degree.
- Extensive experience (15+ years) with the design and deployment of large DoD IT systems, including deployment in government data center and government managed cloud environment.
- Experience with:
- Oracle Web Server
- Oracle Database
- RHEL administration, including SELinux and KVM/QEMU/libvirt
- AWS technologies, including EC2, EBS, and S3
- Oracle Solaris technologies
- Required Certifications:
- Linux Administration and Security
- Security+
- Active Secret security clearance required
- US citizenship required
