As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced vet-centric candidate for our Sr Professional Services Veterinary Manager position to join our Healthcare Services team. This individual will work closely across Chewy’s Clinic Success team to define and execute Chewy’s veterinarian clinic engagement initiatives. You have a sound knowledge of Vet Clinics practice protocols, clinic team personas and industry knowledge. The successful candidate for this role will thrive in ambiguity, bringing clarity and focus, while at the same time demonstrating a strong sense of ownership to build solutions and deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Clinics healthcare team engagement strategy, tactics, plans, campaigns, and programs to drive Chewy Practice Hub usage through clinic facing teams
  • Implement, communicate and monitor/measure success of clinic engagement strategy on Chewy products & services communication & adoption by clinics clients.
  • Identify and implement value creation opportunities (such as the next best action tools to increase adoption and usage of services) to enable both clinic-facing roles and tech solutions
  • Drive understanding of clinic cohorts and their unique needs using an analytic approach working in proximity with the analytics team to identify clinic and customer data and behaviors
  • Provide insights to help build a segmentation model based on clinic cohorts to inform engagement, benefits, and expectations
  • Create content, tools, and processes to simplify engagement between clinics and Chewy
  • Empower clinic-facing roles with the compelling and selling stories and processes to facilitate their engagement with clinics to drive behaviors change
  • Identify and standardize best practices to boost loyalty, revenue and clinic retention
  • Work with the Voice of Customer team to evaluate Clinics team feedbacks and evolve engagement strategies to address the identified opportunities and concerns.
  • Success will be demonstrated by: (1) moving clinics to a digital engagement with Chewy, (2) driving new customer acquisition through clinics and (3) Improve clinics sentiment scores on engagement with Chewy.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD) or equivalent is required
  • Active Licensure and residence to either Florida, Washington, or Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry
  • Minimum 3+ years in commercial/business role
  • Strong sense of ownership, with a focus on long term Chewy B2B goals
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and quantify associated benefits; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with customers & partners remotely or in person
  • Data driven with analytical background; comfortable pulling data and developing insights to inform decision making
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer/client relationship building skills
  • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity/proficiency with the following: MS Office, SQL
  • Position may require travel
