The Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts is looking for an outstanding person to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact in the Fine Arts Dean's Office, greeting and directing visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining office supplies, receiving and distributing mail, as well as reconciling and processing payments for OU Foundation accounts. This position will work closely with the Academic Counselors by maintaining student databases, filing systems and student appointments. Other duties will include coordinating meetings, events, and special awards within the Dean's office.
Job Requirements
Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree AND

- 36 months experience in an administrative role.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the BS Degree for a total of 72 months related experience.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of office procedures.
- Working knowledge of accounting processes.
- Ability to use a computer and calculator.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask, be organized, and selfmotivated.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic math skills.
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment with extensive computer use. Must be able to verbally exchange information with others and engage in repetitive motion.
Supervision: No supervisory responsibilities
