• Be registered with NMBI- Essential

• Full, Clean Driving Licence for driving of manual vehicles - Essential

• Have proven organisational, leadership, communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills

• Be committed to pro-actively supporting individuals in their daily lives and choices through a person centred approach

• Have an organisational commitment to lead through the Avista values and vision

• Have previous experience of working with people with dual diagnosis desirable
