The aim of the Home is to provide person centred care and services to the residents which is informed bu evidence based practice and a commitment to continuous quality improvement

Key Responsibilities: Provide care to residents based on their care plan outlined their doctor Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members Report any issues that arose during shifts The Ideal Candidate: Active on the NMBI register Excellent communication skills Good time management Passion for the delivery of excellent care Excellent benefits on offer for the right candidates

Salary: €40,997.21-€52,978.33 per year
