Looking for a Full time Staffing Coordinator- Skilled Nursing Home
Skilled Nursing Home is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team
Overall duties includes the following:
Staff nursing units with prescribed number of CNAs, LPNs, RNs for all three shifts.
Type, file and distribute monthly schedules to nursing personnel.
Set up interviews with potential new hires and complete new hire process and paperwork for new hires.
Responsible for verification of hours worked and reconciliation with payroll records on a weekly basis and submitting payroll to corporate HR.

Qualifications:
To be considered candidate must meet the following:
- Must possess a minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited college
- Candidate must be computer proficient
- Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel
- Must have excellent communication skills
