Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the Startup landscape.
  • Experience in cloud technology.
  • Experience leading customer success, support, or sales teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering quarterly sales goals with effective leadership capabilities.
  • Experience managing a sales team with business growth goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and test/iterate different engagement and sales methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and one European language (e.g., French, Italian, German, etc.) fluently.

About the job

In this role, you will lead growth of early stage startups, prioritize the customer’s experience, and work alongside team members and stakeholders to lead Small and Medium Business (SMB) Go-To-Market (GTM) methods to accelerate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption and lead customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build programs that can be executed effectively and efficiently. Deliver excellent customer engagement and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed engagements and partnering with customer engineers, product teams, and the extended business team.
  • Communicate and engage with ease with Founders, Chief Experience Officers (CxOs), and the Board of Directors of startups.
  • Lead a team of Start Up Success Managers to deliver growth across key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Lead customer engagement and ensure success with early and mid stage startups. Vouch for adoption and growth across the ecosystem.
