Job Summary:

Americo is currently hiring for a State Filing Compliance Analyst in our Product Development department. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for state form filings with a low to medium degree of difficulty in support of company product development initiatives and the maintenance of existing products with supervision. They will be assisting with in the implementation, audit, and monitoring policy print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare state filings and complete state specific transmittal forms and certifications
• Prepare state variations of forms and update state variation logs as required
• Analyze and answer state objections to filings with supervision
• Update form filing tracking tools with filing activity
• Automated and nonautomated policy print review
• Create duplicate/manual policies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Computer Software to include-Excel, Access, Word, Adobe Acrobat
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication is a must
• Must have the aptitude to quickly learn software and new processes
