Position:Step Down, PCU, IMC (Intermediate Care)

• $65/Hour,13 Weeks Contract,36 Hours/week

Shift Info :Night shift

• 2 years of experience as Step Down, PCU, IMC (Intermediate Care) required
• BIPAP experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• GA state RN License preferred

Job Description:

• WILL FLOAT TO OTHER LOCATIONS WITHIN HOSPITAL SYSTEM IF NEEDED
• COVID PATIENT CARE REQUIRED
• 24 HOURS NON-BILLABLE ORIENTATION HOURS
• SCHEDULING AND RTO IS AT THE FACILITY LEVEL WITH THE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS
• Most common drips: Insulin (glucommander), Levophed, Nitroglycerine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nicardipine, Heparin, and Precedex
• 12 Lead EKG knowledge - ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms, arrythmias
• Arterial line care
• BIPAP experience
• Central line care and helping with Placement
• Chest tube care
• Hi-Flow oxygen management
• Radius rule of 50 miles will be applicable
