Position: Sterling Integrator Production Support

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

· Platform Monitoring

· Interface & Platform components, systems & application status monitoring, building Performance & Utilization Monitoring

· Resolving errors & job failures through restarts or data remediation

· Development, Pre-Production and Production environments

· Performance & capacity centric recommendations & fine-tuning the capacity if needed

· Co-ordination with Product Vendor and client security team for any VPN changes

· Development & Minor Enhancements

· Delivering enhancements, changes, or optimizations in alignment with change in best effort basis

· Change and Knowledge Management

· Documenting client business process during and after Knowledge transfer

· Receiving Knowledge transfer from the current support team

· Planning the Knowledge sharing sessions

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $56.00 - $60.00 per hour
