Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. Operates the industrial dishwashing machine and other industrial cleaning equipment. Moves equipment around to supply food & beverage departments. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. Use of industrial strength cleaning chemicals required. Able to multi-task and be a team player.
